i've been on a boat
just sailing through the sea
towards a destination i can't see
overcast weather delights my senses
as i continue to trek forward
towards a destination i can't see
a rusty boat for me alone
on the deck i have carved a name
in the hull the darkness remains
like the destination i can't see
just sailing through the sea
standing on the bow
looking straight ahead
this is how i wish to be
all alone with the sea
